The WELLfed programme has been delivering free, hands-on classes in communities that need it most since 2016. This award winning adult-education programme is based around food and cooking skills, and supports individuals with skills, confidence & equipment.
After six months 89% of WELLfed Learners report they now eat more healthy & feel more confident, 78% feel more connected to the community and 100% wanting to keep learning new things!
Each WELLfed Learner attends 6+ months of weekly classes with recipes, tips and materials, and a strong focus on seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables. The programme has been co-designed with the local community, to make the classes accessible and to ensure that the recipes and classes make a real difference.

- Receive basic kitchen equipment for home
- Share kai and make connections
